What is a Managed Service Provider?
A managed service provider (MSP) is an Information Technology (IT) Services Provider that manages and assumes responsibility for providing network-based services, software applications and equipment to business enterprises as a strategic method for achieving the highest levels of reliability for computing network operations. Network Infrastructures can be hosted at client sites or at Communicat Cloud Hosting Centres.
